How does it work?
Through the use of wireless ZigBee devices most of the wiring becomes redundant. The simplicity of the cabling makes this solution perfect also for retrofit projects. Existing conduits can be used to power the devices. The system supports door contacts or door locks integration.
*EMS could connect to all the locks from Dormakaba through Zigbee
EMS & Door locks go Online via the existing Wi-Fi
When connected to the EMS, each individual room will transmit data via WiFi, allowing you to efficiently manage and monitor the information from the PMS Server.
Energy saving using motion sensor
Base on the guest and house keeping presence, the system modulates the room HVAC load’s operating modes to save maximum energy, also maximize the saving during room vacant condition when it is integrated with PMS.
